- Step 1: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: While the oven heats up, cook your pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Step 3: In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center. Arrange the salmon fillets around it.
- Step 4: Add the halved cherry tomatoes and minced garlic to the dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the feta has softened.
- Step 6: Flake the salmon with a fork and mix with the creamy feta, tomatoes, and garlic to create a sauce.
- Step 7: Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, tossing until every noodle is coated.
- Step 8: Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
