  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts tender and juicy
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup for that creamy base
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup adds depth and flavor
  • 1 cup chicken broth keeps everything moist
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning a lovely blend of herbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder for that aromatic kick
  • 1 tsp onion powder enhances the overall flavor
  • 8 oz spaghetti the classic pasta choice
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated, rich and nutty
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese melty goodness
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Equipment

  • Crockpot
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Pot for Cooking Pasta

Method

  1. Step 1: Start by placing the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Pour this creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Step 4: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Step 5: About 30 minutes before serving, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. Step 6: Remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
  7. Step 7: Stir in the cooked spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese until well combined.
  8. Step 8: Cover and let it sit for an additional 10-15 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
  9. Step 9: Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
