Ingredients

For the Creamy Ranch Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts the star of the show!
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix for that irresistible flavor
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup adds creaminess and depth
  • 1 cup chicken broth keeps everything juicy
  • 1 cup sour cream for that rich, tangy finish
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese because cheese makes everything better!
  • Fresh parsley

Equipment

  • Slow Cooker
  • Medium Bowl

Method

  1. Step 1: Start by placing the chicken breasts in your slow cooker. Make sure they're evenly spaced out for even cooking.
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Mix everything together until well combined, then pour this creamy goodness over the chicken.
  3. Step 3: Cover your slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  4. Step 4: About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Step 5: Replace the lid and continue to cook until the cheese is melted and creamy.
  6. Step 6: Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
