Method
- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well blended; it should be a smooth and thick mixture.
- Step 2: Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. This is where your dessert cups will take shape!
- Step 3: Spoon a tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture into each cupcake liner, pressing it down evenly to create a nice base.
- Step 4: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until it’s completely smooth.
- Step 5: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture in each cupcake liner, spreading it evenly with a spoon or spatula.
- Step 6: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate is set.
- Step 7: Once set, gently remove from the muffin tin and serve chilled. Enjoy these delightful treats!
Notes
Store these delightful cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They’ll last for about a week—if they last that long! You can also freeze them for up to a month.
