Method
- Step 1: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Getting it nice and hot will give your flatbread that perfect crispy texture.
- Step 2: Brush the flatbread with olive oil on both sides and season it with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Step 3: Place the flatbread on the grill, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Step 4: While the flatbread is grilling, toss the nectarines on the grill as well and grill them for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they have grill marks.
- Step 5: Once the flatbread is grilled to perfection, remove it from the grill. Top it with the creamy burrata, grilled nectarines, and fresh basil leaves.
- Step 6: Finally, drizzle some hot honey over the top and enjoy your flatbread immediately!
Notes
If you happen to have leftovers, store the flatbread in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. However, keep in mind that the flatbread may lose its crispiness. Reheat it briefly on the grill or in an oven to restore some crunch.
